Heather Jaeger was named NCAA Division II National Player of the Year in 1993 after playing on consecutive national championship teams. She was a Honda-Broderick Award nominee who had a solid career in the midfield, scoring 11 goals and 18 assists for 40 total points. She was also the leader of Barry’?s attack, often supplying great passes to the forwards and flank players. Her dominance in the midfield earned her All-American honors in 1990 and 1993, and helped her gain a spot on the ISAA Senior Recognition Team in 1993. Barry was 57-9-1 over four seasons with Jaeger on the team. The Bucs qualified for the NCAA Tournament every year, and became the first team with back-to-back national titles when Barry won championships in 1992 and 1993. Jaeger was chosen for the NCAA All-Tournament Team twice.

She was a member of the U.S. Junior National Team in 1990. Later, she was chosen to participate in the 1993 U.S. Olympic Festival. Jaeger’?s career was capped off by the Barry Female Athlete of the Year Award in 1993-94.
