Barry University's Sport and Exercise Psychology faculty and graduate students are committed to delivering the highest quality of mental conditioning services to our student-athletes, teams, and coaches. Our aim is to focus on the mental side of performance, helping athletes and coaches incorporate psychological skills into training and competition to improve performance and/or psychological well-being as well as understand how to enhance mental toughness.

Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology can provide you with the basis for understanding the thought processes and attitudes of athletes and individuals involved in sport, exercise, and non-sport performance activities.
