Barry University Athletics

Angie Williams, who holds Barry records for points (1,626), rebounds (923) and field goal percentage (55.9), led Barry to a 77-38 record during her four years. She was named All-America in 1998-99 by Division II Bulletin and to the 1996-97 D-II Bulletin All-Freshman Team. The SSC Freshman of the Year in 1996-97 and Player of the Year in 1998-99, she was a three-time All-SSC pick. The first freshman to ever lead the Bucs in scoring, she is one of only three players in school history to score 40 points in a game (40 vs. Florida Atlantic in 1998). She earned her master’s degree in administration of justice and security from the University of Phoenix in  2011. Williams currently works with Citigroup in Jacksonville, Fla., as a VP for Compliance Anti-Money Laundering Execution.
