Strength & Conditioning Activities

These sessions are sport-specific to the demands of the sport with scientific-based tracking and progressions. The conditioning programs are pre-planned and individualized to most effectively improve the athlete and prevent injuries.

Whether suggested meal plans, help on efficient snacking, or general advice, Athletes can always inquire to their strength coach on nutrition advising. Eating for performance is a part of an elite athlete mindset.

Recovery sessions are always available to athletes via Teambuildr or coming into the weight room to foam roll between classes.

Sports Science

An app on your smart phone that houses all strength and conditioning programs. Athletes can also access their goals, progress, videos and leaderboard on the app for a complete experience in or outside the weight room.

Measures Jumps, Sprints, Explosive Leg Power, Anaerobic Capacity and Contact Time. We use this system for testing athletic performance as well as measuring rehabilitation progress.

Athlete health is monitored on a weekly, sometimes daily, basis with Sports Science questionnaires. With these we can flag any abnormalities that may hinder performance like stress, hydration levels, diet and reoccurring soreness.
