MIAMI, Fla.- ITA released the women's NCAA Division II Computerized Rankings, featuring updated standings for team, singles, and doubles today, Wednesday, March 4th.
RANKINGS
The Buccaneers fell to third after being number one for three consecutive weeks. The Bucs currently have a 7-1 regular season record and a 1-0 conference record. This week's rankings keep the Bucs ahead of Sunshine State Conference opponents Embry-Riddle (9), Nova Southeastern (15), and Rollins (17).
In addition to the team rankings, the ITA also released its latest Singles and Doubles rankings.
In singles competition, Dana Heimen moved to No. 6 nationally, while Alina Michalitsch is ranked No. 27. Ailen Crespo also earned a spot in the national rankings, coming in at No. 32.
In doubles play, the pairing of Dana Heimen and Anastasia Nikolova is ranked No. 3 in the nation. Louane Lutringer and Crespo are ranked No. 18, while Nikolova is also ranked alongside Viktoriia Dema, with the duo checking in at No. 50 overall.
