EATONTON, Ga.-- The Barry Buccaneers men's golf team finished up play at the Bobcat Invitational in 9th place after carding +30 (285-295-290--870) at the Golf Club of Cuscowilla on Tuesday afternoon.
BUCCANEER HIGHLIGHTS:
Albin Ekvall (E) (68-75-67--210) T-3rd Place
- One of five golfers in the tournament to shoot par or better.
- Led Barry in par-3 (+2) and par-4 (-1) scoring. Par-4 scoring (-4), good for second among all golfers.
- Totaled 28 pars and 14 birdies. The 14 birdies led the entire field.
Hugo Aguilar Puertes (+8) (71-72-75--218) T-25th Place
- Led team and tied second among all golfers in par-5 scoring (-3).
- Recorded 31 pars and seven birdies.
- One of seven golfers to record an eagle.
Jean Ducruet (+12) (72-73-77--222) T-44th Place
- Totaled 32 pars and five birdies.
Amani D'Ambrosio (+14) (74-77-73--224) T-53rd Place
- Recorded 33 pars and five birdies.
