CORAL GABLES, Fla. -- The women's tennis team finished up the first day of competition at the Miami Fall Invite on Nov. 4. 

The University of Miami hosted Barry, Northwestern, Florida and Kentucky. Barry went against steep competition being the lone Division II team at the invite. 

Xiyao Wang, Daniela Farfan Clara Versier, Dinara Alloyarova and Nathalia Gasparin all competed.  

RESULTS
Doubles:
Sara Dahlstrom/Sophie Williams (Florida) def. Xiyao Wang/Daniela Farfan (Barry) 7-6(4).
Kiley Rabjohns/Aino Alkio (Northwestern) def. Dinara Alloyarova/Nathalia Gasparin (Barry), 6-1 

Singles:
Daniela Farfan (Barry) def. Tatyana Nikolenko (Miami), 6-2, 6-2.
Clara Versier (Barry) def. Brooke Dugarte (Miami), 2-6, 6-2, 6-1.

The tournament will continue on Saturday and Sunday.
