ROME, Ga. -- The Buccaneer women's tennis team will be represented in the ITA Cup Finals, with Deniz Khazan advancing on Saturday at the Rome Tennis Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Khazan won in dominant fashion, defeating Prinkle Singh (Charleston) 6-1, 6-1. Prinke Singh knocked off the third-seeded Luisa Hrda (Flagler) in the quarterfinals. 

DOUBLES
The doubles team of Daniela Farfan/Nathalia Gasparin fell to fourth-seeded Luisa Hrda/Eryka Kruk (Flagler) 4-6, 6-2, [11]-[9], in the north draw semi-finals on Saturday. 

ON THE HORIZON
Khazan will face Sofia Smagina (Washburn) on Sunday in the finals. Smagina knocked off fourth-seeded Eleonora Liga (Azusa Pacific) in the quarterfinals. Khazan looks to win her second straight ITA Cup in singles.
