Buccaneers calling for Blackout

MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- Barry University men's basketball team is calling for a Blackout Wednesday.

The No. 21 Buccaneers (5-1, 0-1 Sunshine State Conference) host Lynn (3-2, 0-2) at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the final home game of the semester. Both teams entered the season with preseason rankings and were the favorites in the SSC.

All fans are encouraged to wear black to the Health & Sports Center. The game can be seen on the Buccaneer Broadcasting Network.

Barry is coming off an eight-point win at Shaw Monday night in Raleigh, N.C. The Bucs have won four straight. Lynn won two road games last week at Miles and Lane.

This marks the first meeting between the two teams since the Bucs fell to the Fighting Knights in last year's NCAA Tournament second round. Barry won two of the three meetings with Lynn last year.
