Box Score MIAMI SHORES, Fla.—The Florida Southern Moccasins defeated the Barry Buccaneers 13-8 in Sunshine State Conference baseball action at Feinbloom Field.

Matt Joyce homered twice and drove in five runs for the Moccasins (13-10-1, 3-1 SSC). Brian Reves (3-2) earned the win, going five innings and allowing five runs (three earned) on seven hits and three walks. He struck out two.

Keith Barton led the Bucs (16-6, 4-3 SSC) with three hits, including his third home run of the year. Alex Gonzalez (4-2) took the loss for the Bucs, going 6.1 innings and allowing nine runs (eight earned) on 12 hits and two walks, striking out 10.

The teams conclude the series with a doubleheader on Saturday at noon.
