TAMPA, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers lost both ends of their Sunshine State Conference baseball doubleheader to the Tampa Spartans 9-5, and 10-4 at the Tampa Baseball Field on Friday.

- Mason Blocker (1-5) took the loss, allowing six runs (four earned) on seven hits and three walks in 3.0 innings.
- Santiago went 3-for-4 with three RBI. Zavier Hatfield added two hits.
- Carlson drove in four for the Spartans.
