Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 LAKELAND, Fla. -- The Barry University women's tennis team posted two Sunshine State Conference wins over Florida Southern 9-0 and Tampa 9-0 earlier today.

In the first match against Florida Southern, Victoria Courmes topped 35th-ranked Alexdra Costa Corral of FSC 7-5, 6-4 at the #1 singles as the Bucs swept all six singles and doubles matches.

The Bucs followed with a evening match against Tampa and blanked the Spartans 9-0. Coming off an ankle injury, Maria Lopez dominated Tampa's Brittany Johnson 6-0, 6-1 at the #5 singles as the Bucs once again swept all six singles and three doubles matches.

The Bucs improved to 12-1 overall and 4-1 in the SSC. They will return to the clay at Eckerd on Sunday, Mar 16 at 10 am.
