Box Score ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.-The Barry men's basketball team fell 65-53 at the McArthur Center to the Eckerd Tritons Wednesday night in Sunshine State Conference action.

The first half was a closely-contested affair, with neither team gaining an upper hand. The Tritons scored last and led 28-26 at the break.

But in the second half, the Tritons pulled out quickly to a double-figure lead and coasted to the win.

Barry (14-7, 4-5 SSC) was led again by Luis Vazquez-Bello who poured in 16, while Bryan Mills and Andres Alfonso each added nine. Anthony Washington led four players in double figures for Eckerd (16-5, 5-4 SSC) with 15 points. Sharrod McCree came off the bench to score 11.
