Box Score MIAMI SHORES, Fla.--In the spirit of "all good things must end," the Barry Buccaneers saw their school-record 10-game winning streak end with a 61-48 loss to Bentley Sunday afternoon at the Health & Sports Center.
The Bucs led 26-24 at the half and stretched the advantage to 34-27 with 17:16 left in the second half on a
Nick Ellingsworth-Perez three-pointer. But the Bucs went cold and Bentley chipped away at the lead, finally taking over 38-37 with 10:48 left on a layup by Tim Forbes.
The Falcons (5-3) continued to build up the lead, reaching as much as 17 points, before finally settling for a 13-point win.
Yorell Calderon led Barry (10-1) with 15 points and Bryan Mills added 10. Bentley's Andy Erickson led all scorers with 22 points, while Jeff Bishop chipped in 14 and Forbes added 11.
