Matches will be held on campus at the Buccaneer Tennis Center on Monday, May 1 and Tuesday May 2. The South Region 2 Tournament is hosted at Nova Southeastern.

RECORDS: NCAA Division II Championship Records: Women NCAA POSTSEASON: The winner of this tournament will advance to the 2023 NCAA Division II Championship, May 11-16, at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Fla. 2022 NCAA CHAMPIONSHIP: For the seventh time in the last 11 NCAA DII women's tennis championships, Barry won the national championship, as the Buccaneers defeated Central Oklahoma 4-1 With the victory, the Buccaneers broke the Division II record with their fifth straight national championship, breaking the mark of SIU Edwardsville who did it from 1986-89. It's also Barry's seventh championship in the sport, tying now-defunct BYU-Hawai'i for second on the all-time list. THE FIELD IN THE NCAA TOURNAMENT: Barry (90-21 in the NCAA Tournament) has won seven national titles since 2011. The Bucs also have two second-place and five third-place finishes, in addition to a fourth. Lynn (82-23) has won three national championships, the last in 2001, and seven runner-up finishes, four third-place and two fourth-place. West Alabama (1-2) is making just its third appearance in the tournament. Benedict (0-5) is making their sixth tournament appearance, looking for their first win.
