AVE MARIA, Fla. – The Barry Buccaneers men's and women's cross-country teams traveled out on Alligator Alley to Ave Maria to run one final race before the conference meet. The Ave Maria Invitational consisted of seven schools including three from NCAA Division II and four from the NAIA, this tallied over 75 participants on the men's side and 65 in the women's race.

NOTEWORTHY:

MEN:

• Landon Debbas has been the top finisher for the Buccaneers in three of the four races this season.
• All nine runners hit personal best at this meet.
• Oliverio Balderas made his collegiate debut today.
• Patrick Alexander and Khaleb White ran for the first time this year.

• Sierra Espinoza was the top finisher for Barry placing in the top-10. She ran her second career sub-20 5K.
• Hope Brittenham and Jaelynn Rosario both set new personal records in the 5K.
