LAKELAND, Fla. -- The second-ranked Barry Buccaneers men's golf team sits in fifth place after two rounds at the Matlock Collegiate Classic at Lone Palm Country Club scoring +23 (303-296--599). 

NOTEWORTHY:

• Felipe Alvarez sits tied for second place among a field of 78 golfers.
• AJ Ewart also sits in the top ten, at tied for sixth.  
• Barry is second in par-3 scoring, +15.
• The Bucs lead in par-5 scoring, -17.
• Barry recorded two eagles, which leads all teams. 
• Santiago Chamorro leads par-5 scoring at -8, followed by Alvarez at -6.
