MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The Number one-ranked Barry University Women's Tennis team completed it's senior day with a 7-0 sweep against Palm Beach Atlantic to pull off a perfect conference record to end the regular season. The win marks the Bucs 12th sweep of the year and moves the Bucs to 19-2 in the regular season.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Barry opened the match with a 1–0 lead following a walkover win from the Sailfish.
- The Bucs then secured the doubles point with a victory in the top flight, along with another walkover from Palm Beach Atlantic.
- In singles play, Whalen set the tone with a dominant 6–1, 6–0 win over Tarpey on court five..
- Anger followed with an commanding 6–0, 6–0 victory against Borja on court two, clinching the match for Barry.
- The Bucs continued to build on their lead as Brun defeated Buhagiar in straight sets, 6–1, 6–0, on court four.
- Crespo added another point with a 6–1, 6–3 win over Hoermann on court one.
- Nikolova capped off the Senior Day sweep with a 7–5, 6–1 victory against Lopez on court three.
NOTEWORTHY:
- The Bucs will be the number one seed in the conference tournament.
- Barry is now the regular-season conference champs for the second year in a row, and eighth year overall.
- The Bucs finished in first place in the conference and were the favorites to win the conference at the beginning of the year.
