Softball Falls in Game One Against Rollins

WINTER PARK, Fla. – The softball season is hitting the home stretch, and the Barry Buccaneers have just four more Sunshine State Conference series left to play. They kicked off the three-game stint at MLK Park with a loss to the Tars in the series opener.

NOTEWORTHY:

  • Mya Tucker recorded the lone hit for the Buccaneers.
  • She extends her hit streak to seven and her on base streak to 11.
  • This was the least amount of hits Barry has had this season.
  • It is the 10th loss this season where the offense has had five-or-fewer hits.
  • It is just the sixth time this season that a walk in not drawn.
