MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- There may not be a hotter team than the Barry Men's Volleyball team who has won seven straight and not dropped a set in a month. The Bucs have won 21 straight sets and take the first match up against King.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Set One - Barry's first four points came off of kills from Zachary Jabr, Elias Fuhrer, Aaron Martinez, and Aaron Martinez. From that point forward it was all Bucs. The huge swing came when Barry strung together another four straight points to put the set away at 20-10. Jeremy Ferreira closed out the set with a kill of his own. The offense had 16 kills on a .452 hitting percentage, while the defense held the Tornado to just five kills and a .037 swinging percentage. Jabr finished with five kills in the set and Strnisa four. Piazza had 13 assists and six digs nearly capturing a double-double. | Barry 25, King 13
- Set Two - It started off as a closer set. Fuhrer closed out the set with a kill to take a 2-0 match lead. Jabr had another five-kill set hitting .444. Diego Alvarez checked in and collected four kills. Fuhrer went a perfect 4-for-4 and picked up a block. The Bucs had a 15-kill set and hit .367, forcing King to hit .077 on six kills. | Barry 25, King 19
- Set Three - The Buccaneers opened the set on a 6-0 run that set the early tone. Said Bennaji led the service in the run, he picked up a service ace in the process. Multiple long runs carried Barry through their seventh straight win. Alvarez had six kills in the set and Martinez had another four. Bennaji had 11 assists and five digs. Another double digit set for the Bucs with 14. | Barry 25, King 14
NOTEWORTHY:
- Jabr carried the team with 13 kills and just two errors for a .458 swing percentage.
- Alvarez had a career-high 10 kills in just two sets. He was a dig shy of a double-double with nine.
- Joao Piazza Baumgartem and Said Bennaji split the setting roles with 23 and 14 assists, respectively.
- The Bucs had six blocks.
