WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The Bucs turned heads today with their performance, and brought home a win over Emmanuel at the PBA Invitational at the Sailfish Beach Volleyball Courts.They also played an exhibition match against the Lake Sumter Lakehawks.

HOW IT HAPPENED (EMMANUEL):
- The teams split the even matches to start out the match.
- Madrigal and Azevedo won court four, while Rangel and Talcott dropped on court two.
- Barry took the first set in all three odd courts.
- Marquez and Turner gave Barry back the lead taking the fifth flight.
- Perez and Baker clinched the match for the Bucs with a straight sets sweep on court one.
- It was the second win of the season for the Buccaneers.
- Saunders and Hansen won their third straight match since forming a tandem last week, closing out the match,
- This is the first time the program has won four courts in a match.

HOW IT HAPPENED (LAKE SUMTER STATE):
- The Lakehawks began the match sweeping the even courts.
- The new duo Hansen and Saunders went on to win court three in a landslide, 21-13, 21-16, that gave Barry their first point.
- Perez and Baker defeated the Lakehawks on court one to tie the match at two-all.
- The Lakehawks went on to win court five in three sets to take the match win.
ON THE HORIZON:
The Bucs will be back at the PBA Invitational on Saturday, March 15 against the host Sailfish and Wingate at the Sailfish Beach Volleyball Courts.
