NOTEWORTHY:
- Payton McIntosh (1-0) worked a scoreless eighth inning to pick up the win and Noah Steckley struck out the side in the ninth for his third save.
- Valle-Jhanda allowed three runs on three hits in 1.2 innings to take the loss.
- Vargas Seguera had three hits, including a double, to lead Barry at the plate. Wike added two hits.
