LAKE WALES, Fla. — After a week off of competition, the Barry Men's Volleyball team returns to competition and earns a sweep of NAIA foe, Warner University. The road win marks the first for the program.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Set One - Both teams traded opening points, Warner then went on a 4-0 run to take the lead. A pair of attacking errors, a service ace from Ryan Uridel, and a block by Elias Fuhrer and Colton Beres got the Bucs back in the set. Barry took advantage of Warner's mistakes and took the 1-0 match lead. | Barry 25, Warner 18
- Set Two - Barry fell behind early once again, then both teams traded points back and forth. The Bucs put together a 5-0 run to gain space at 12-9 that would last the remainder of the set. The Bucs had a match-high 14 kills in the set, while hitting .500 on just three attacking errors. The defense held the Royals to a -.143 hitting clip. | Barry 25, Warner 17
- Set Three - For the third straight set, Warner grabbed the first point. A kill form Chris Rivero cutoff their 3-0 run. A 5-0 rebuttal from the Bucs gave them a 6-4 advantage. Two more big runs put the set away and closed out the match. The defense once again forced a negative hit percentage for Warner. | Barry 25, Warner 17
NOTEWORTHY:
- Tristan Blake led the offense with 20 assists. Blake reached the 1,500 assist mark in his career, earning 1,252 at Tusculum and 257 so far as a Buccaneer.
- Colton Beres was the first Buc to surpass 100 kills, he led with six in the match.
- Barry dominated in every statistical category: 31-18 kills, 4-2 service aces, 5-3 blocks, 29-17 assists, and 24-18 digs.
