MIAMI SHORES, Fla. — The fourth-ranked Barry Buccaneers rebounded from a tough five-set loss on Friday to sweep the Florida Southern Moccasins 3-0 on Saturday in the Health & Sports Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Set One - The Bucs scored the first five points, but had to battle down the stretch in a 25-23 win. Vavara Osycehenko and Sofya Sinkova each had three kills and no errors in the set for the Bucs, while Chloe Moreland led FSC with six kills. | Barry 25, FSC 23
- Set Two - In the second set, the score flipped back and forth, but leading 14-13, the Bucs went on a 5-0 run behind the serving of Ivana Žujovic to take a 19-13 lead as they held on 25-19. Žujovic and Valeriya Kozlova each had four kills in the set, as Barry led FSC 15-7 in kills in the set. | Barry 25, FSC 19
- Set Three - The Mocs score the first three points of the third set and led 17-15 after a kill by Morgan Word. But, Barry closed on a 10-3 run to complete the sweep. Sinkova closed out with a service ace on match point. | Barry 25, FSC 20
NOTEWORTHY:
- Sinkova led Barry with 10 kills and 12.5 points, adding a service ace, and three blocks.
- Žujovic added eight kills on 12 swings and three more blocks, as the Bucs out-blocked the Mocs 11-2.
- Thalia Iglesias and Petra Brkcic directed the Bucs attack with 16 and 15 assists, respectively.
