Softball Ends Spring Break Trip With Doubleheader Split

VIERA, FLA. - Caroline Figueroa recorded a RBI in each game of the Barry University softball team's doubleheader on Saturday afternoon, helping the Bucs' extend their win-streak to six game in a 4-2 victory over Saginaw Valley State before concluding their spring break trip with a 5-2 setback against Ferris State.

HOW IT HAPPENED (GAME 1) NOTEWORTHY (GAME 1)
  • Figueroa went 1-2 with one RBI.
  • Toledo went 1-3 with one RBI and one run scored.
  • Alexis Martin threw a complete game with two runs allowed off four hits.
