Records: Barry (4-8, 1-5 SSC), Rollins (8-6, 3-3 SSC)
All-Time Series: Barry leads 42-21

HOW IT HAPPENED:

  • Set 2 - Barry responded to a Rollins point that started the second set with a 5-0 run and held the lead for the rest of the stanza, extending the separation to as many as eight at 20-12.
  • Set 3 - Barry broke open a 10-10 third set behind a 4-0 run, only for an 9-1 stretch by Rollins creating an 18-15 score. The Bucs used back-to-back points to get within one, doing so again at 22-21 before back-to-back points for the Tars forced set point.
  • Set 4 - Rollins used an early 5-0 run to take a 7-3 lead, and held Barry without a run of three or more for the entire set to close the match.
