WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers swept a Sunshine State Conference baseball doubleheader from the Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish 5-4 and 8-0 at Jake Rubin Park in the Rinker Athletic Campus on Friday. The Bucs take the conference series 2-1 and the season series 4-1.

NOTEWORTHY:
	- Mike Reagan (7-0), the reigning SSC Pitcher of the Week, worked eight innings for the second straight start. He held the 'Fish to four runs (two earned) on seven hits and three walks, while striking out four. Reagan leads the SSC with seven wins.
 
	- Zapata allowed a hit and walk in the ninth, but closed the game out for his sixth save, which also leads the conference.
 
	- Ethan Petric (0-3) took the loss in game one for the Sailfish. He didn't record an out, but allowed three runs on three hits in relief of starter Dan Beebe.
 
	- Frank II Gonzalez (3-1) worked seven shutout innings, striking out six and giving up four hits and two walks.
 
	- Nick Adams was hung with the loss in game two. In five innings of work, he surrendered four runs (three earned) on nine hits and a walk.
 
	- Barry out-hit PBA 24-12, with seven doubles and a triple to just one double for the 'Fish.
 
	- Wickeri led the Bucs at the plate, going 6-for-10 with a double and three runs scored.
 
	- Noriega was 4-for-8 with a double, triple, three runs and two RBI.
 
	-  It was the second doubleheader sweep for the Bucs this season, having taken a pair from Lynn at home earlier in the season.
 
	- It was also the fourth shutout of the season, moving the Bucs into a tie with Rollins for the most in the conference.
 
ON THE HORIZON:
The Bucs return home after seven games on the road, to host the Florida Tech Panthers on Friday and Saturday, Apr. 14-15.
