MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers got two goals and a stalwart defensive effort to sail past the Saint Leo Lions 2-0 in Sunshine State Conference women's soccer action on Saturday night at Buccaneer Field.

NOTEWORTHY:
- Emily Parrott was not tested much by the Lions, but stopped both shots they put on frame.
- Bravo had 10 saves for the Lions or the difference could have been much bigger.
- Barry out-shot Saint Leo 12-8, including 13-3 on goal, although the Lion produced five corners to just one for the Bucs.
