Daytona Beach Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers defeated Embry-Riddle in straight sets (25-20) (25-22) (25-19) on Saturday afternoon at the ICI Center in Daytona Beach, Fla. The Bucs go 2-0 on the weekend and improve to 11-0 overall, and 4-0 in SSC play.

- Akopova totaled 19 kills on 41 swings and Mariana Bertrán totaled nine kills on 18 attempts.
- Borcic totaled 30 assist, which led to a team hitting percentage of .268.
