MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneer softball team picked up two wins on Friday, Mar. 18., after defeating the Mercy Mavericks 8-1 and 6-0 in a pair of games at Buccaneer Field.

NOTEWORTHY:
- Maci Barnhart picked up a season-high ten strikeouts en route to earning her 12th win of the season (12-6)
- Germer logged a career high five-RBI in the Bucs first win of the day, a total fueled by her grand slam smack. She is now second on the team in RBI with 19 to her name.
- Stone-Folmar went 4-8 at the plate today and made several highlight plays in the field.

The Bucs will now pivot back to conference play when they take on the Lynn Fighting Knights in a series beginning on Tuesday, Mar. 22.
