CORAL GABLES, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers lost 88-28 to the NCAA Division I Miami Hurricanes on Wednesday night in the Watsco Center in exhibition women's basketball action.

- Lola Pendande led the 'Canes with 17 points, while Destiny Harden had 11 and Haley Cavinder and Lazaria Spearman each added 10.
- Harden and Spearman led Miami on the boards with nine each.
- Miami's press was the difference maker as they out-scored Barry 32-3 off of turnovers.
- The much taller Hurricanes also led 56-8 in paint points.
