MIAMI SHORES, Fla.— The third-seeded Barry Buccaneers host the #6 Buccaneers of Christian Brothers on Saturday, Nov. 12 at 6:00 pm on Buccaneer Field in the second round of the NCAA Division II Super Region 2 men's soccer tournament. The game will be streamed on the Buccaneer Broadcasting Network with live stats provided by StatBroadcast.

Barry earned an at-large id and a first-round bye after winning the regular season title in the Sunshine State Conference and finishing runner-up in the SSC Tournament. Barry is paced by one of the top offenses in Division II, ranking 16th with 2.38 goals per game. 

Midfielder Daniel Schaal (Senior) and defender Iker Berruezo (Junior) made the All-SSC First Team, while defender Jordi Ramon (Senior) earned a spot on the Second Team. Freshman midfielder Nicolas Villalobos was named the conference Freshman of the Year.

Christian Brothers made the field with an automatic bid, after winning the Gulf South Conference tournament, by out-scoring top-seed West Florida 5-4 in penalty kicks after a 1-1 tie.

For CBU, forward Lucho Galizzi (Junior) and keeper Max Klink (Senior) were both named to the Second-Team All-GSC.

The winner advances to the round of 16, facing the winner of the Lenoir-Rhyne match with the winner of the Wingate/Converse match.
