MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The #16 Barry University Buccaneers women's volleyball team defeated Rollins College in straight sets (25-22) (25-9) (25-23) on Friday evening in Sunshine State Conference (SSC) action at the Health & Sports Center. The Bucs improve to 20-2 overall, and 11-1 in SSC play.

All-Time Series: Barry leads 42-20 after sweeping the season series. The teams had split their meetings in 2021. The Bucs are 20-9 all-time at home and have won the last six meetings at the Health & Sports Center.

- 1st set | The Bucs raced to a 4-0 lead as Jeyhlen Thomas and Diana Akopova tossed in kills. The Tars took the lead with the next five points. Luana Bulara had a service ace for a 7-5 Buc advantage. Barry had no more than 3-0 runs the rest of the way while also maintaining at least a two-point spread for the set.
