MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers out-lasted the Florida Southern Moccasins 79-70 in double overtime on Monday night on Cesar Odio Court in women's basketball action from the Health & Sports Center.

• 2OT - In the second overtime, the Bucs held FSC to just 1-of-10 shooting, while hitting 5-of-8 themselves. The Bucs scored the last eight points of the game, including a dagger three-point by Swindells with 0:45 seconds to play that put Barry up nine. | Barry 79, Florida Southern 70

NOTEWORTHY:

• Pool led the Bucs with a career-high 20 points, adding three rebounds and three assists.
• Swindells chipped in 18 points, while Fusari added 17 and seven assists. Hergot had 12 points and a career-high 17 rebounds.
• Ratnikava led the Mocs with 18 points, while Steele and Wohlgemuth each tossed in 13. Ashley Shell led the Mocs with 15 bouards.
• The teams combined with 108 rebounds.
• Barry improved to 2-0 at home this season.
• The loss snapped a 10-game win streak in the series for Florida Southern.
• It was the first overtime game for the Buccaneers this season and the first since beating Union 90-82 in double overtime Nov. 9, 2019.
