Men's Soccer Comes Up Short Against Undefeated Panthers

The Bucs lost 2-1 against the Florida Tech Panthers

MELBOURNE, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers came up just short against the undefeated Florida Tech Panthers, giving up a late goal off a penalty kick to fall 1-2 on Saturday, at Rick Stottler Field.

SUMMARY:

  • 1:31 - Barry goalie Mirko Ronchi saved a header attempt from Daniel Owurum.
  • 17:15 - Florida Tech's Guillermo Segovia converted on a pass from Henrick Nag to put the Panthers up 1-0.
  • 74:38 - Toby Fura leveled out the score for the Bucs, knocking in a pass from Felipe Ospina. 
  • 88:37 - Segovia buried a penalty kick into the left side of the goal to put the Panthers ahead for good.
