MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers pinned a 3-1 loss on cross-town rival Florida Memorial in a non-conference matchup at Buccaneer Field on Tuesday night.

SUMMARY:

• 9:22 - Toby Fura drew first blood for the Bucs in the 10^th minute. Jahnoi Hall gave the ball on the right side to Christian Giraldo and Giraldo's cross was taken by Fura cutting across the box and his shot back to the far post beat Lion keeper Angel Garcia.
• 15:10 - The Lions equalized in the 16^th minute. Paolo Caro pushed the ball up the middle of the field to Edwin McFarlane. McFarlane carried in one-on-one wih Barry keeper Mirko Ronchi for the goal.
• 69:43 - Kasper Hedegaard scored the game-winner in the 70^th minute. He was fouled by the Lions' Nicolas Thompson just outside the box and Hedegaard curled the ball around the wall and into the back of the net.
• 76:50 - The Bucs got an insurance goal in the 77^th minute. Andres Gonzalez stole the ball in the midfield and passed to Ivan Arenas on the left wing. Arenas' first touch went into the box where Felipe Ospina, with a defender draped around him, got a foot on the ball and found the narrow gap between the post and Garcia.

NOTEWORTHY:

• Barry out-shot the Lions 23-9, including 9-4 on goal.
• Ronchi had three saves to pick up his second win.
• Garcia made six saves, but conceded three times to take the loss.
