BOCA RATON, Fla. – The No. 16-ranked Buccaneers dropped a five set thriller to Lynn at the de Hoernle Sports & Cultural Center to open up Sunshine State Conference play. Barry fell 16-25, 25-16, 16-25, 25-16, 14-16 to the Fighting Knights. It was Barry's first loss to Lynn since October 24th, 2017.

SUMMARY:
- 1st set | Lynn was very impressive to start the match, hitting over .400 and maintaining a sideout percentage of 82 percent.
- 2nd set | Barry flipped the script on the Knights capitalizing on 14-of-17 sideout opportunities while adding four blocks in the set.
- 3rd set | Kristina Filimonova had her best offensive match of the season adding four kills in the set on nine attack opportunities.
- 4th set | The Buccaneers ran some of their best offense en route to a 25-16 set victory. The Bucs hit over .400 as a team with Filimonova and Megi Buvinic each pounding out five kills. Anatasiia Samokhvalova chipped in four kills herself.
- 5th set | Despite leading 13-9, the Buccaneers were unable to put the Knights away for good. Viktoria Velika was a big factor for Barry down the stretch in sets four and five. She finished the night with four kills and two blocks.

- Filimonova set season-highs in kills (19), attack percentage (.410) and blocks (5) against Lynn
- Audren Rose is 157 digs away from becoming the 8th Buccaneer player to record 1,000 digs in their career
- Pasca tied her season-high in assists(43) and set a season high in digs (15). This is Pasca's second double-double of the season.
