MIAMI SHORES, Fla.— The ninth-ranked Barry Buccaneers travel to North Carolina to face the Wingate Bulldogs on Thursday and the Bears of Lenoir-Rhyne on Saturday.

The Bucs are ranked ninth in the United Soccer Coaches poll after starting the season ranked number one. Barry defeated Georgian Court 2-0, but lost to St. Thomas 2-1 on opening weekend. Wingate won their opener 5-1 over Chowan. Lenoir-Rhyne lost to #25 Limestone 3-0, but bounced back with a 4-0 win over Lees-McRae. The Bears play Nova Southeastern on Thursday.
Francisco Greco and Andres Gonzalez lead the team with one goal and one assist each. Kasper Hedegaard has a goal, while Toby Fura and Andreas Volk each has one assist. Mirko Ronchi is tied for third in the Sunshine State Conference with a 1.00 goals against average. He is tied for first with one shutout and second with 5.0 saves per game.
Paul Ngongo leads Wingate with two goals and an assist. Mikkel Fahlen Bruun has one of each. Jens Begendorff is 1-0 in goal with six saves and a 1.00 goals against average. For Lenoir-Rhyne, Luca Koelsch has a goal and two assists, while Javier Madrono has one of each. Keeper Alexander Langer is 1-1, allowing three goals, but making 11 saves in two games.
