MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The Buccaneers fell in game one of a three game series against Tampa on Friday at Namoli Family Stadium. Barry came up short 2-0 despite six strong inning from freshman pitcher Gabby Vallee.

NOTEWORTHY:
- Both of Vallee's runs were unearned in six innings of work. She struck-out four and allowed just four hits.
- Lynsey Duncan recorded both of the hits in the game for the Bucs.
- Tampa has now won 16-straight games.
