The Conquistadors rallied back to get to within one point, 12-11, on a layup by Madeleine McTague with 4:35 left in the period. - 2Q - The game got away from the Conquistadors in the second quarter. Down 23-19 with 8:14 in the period, FNU head coach earned three consecutive technical fouls, getting ejected and Melanie Jordan converted all six free throws and Emma Hergot had a basket to complete an eight-point swing to make the lead 31-19. NOTEWORTHY:
- Nichel Tampa led five Buccaneers in double figures with 20 points and six assists, as Barry posted their highest point total in a regulation game this season.
- Swindells added 16 points off the bench. Juhnae Richardson scored 13 points, Ida Andersson chipped in 11 points, eight rebounds and four assists and Jordan scored 11.
- Jordan hit 8-of-8 from the line, tied for the fifth best perfect game in school history.
- Charlotte Armstrong had seven blocked shots, tied for sixth in school history. Lawson and Richardson each had three blocks as Barry totaled 16 for the game, the second-highest team total in the books.
- On Valentine's Day Eve, Andersson was surprised by her boyfriend John Roberson, who flew all the way from Russia, where he plays professionally for the club Enisey Krasnoyarsk. Roberson came all the way to Miami to propose and Andersson said yes.
- Destiny Weldon and Rosalyn Sealey each had 15 points to lead FNU.
