WHAT THEY'RE SAYING:

"We (the staff) are so proud of the team's effort and how far we've come this season. We played a very talented Rollins team that put us under pressure and we handled it very well. It showed our growth and maturity and how far we've come since the beginning of the season. There is a lot of soccer left to play and we're just going to keep grinding one game at a time." -- Barry head coach Sarah Dacey

SUMMARY:

  • 43:11 - Bella Fitzhenry passed the ball over to Minda Forsblom who launched a 45-yard shot over the head of Rollins keeper Elena Beasley, off the near post and into the net.
  • 63:55 - Emma Lillbäck sent a long ball into the box that Beasley blocked, but could not control, and Lauren Hall was there for the rebound goal.

NOTEWORTHY:

  • Maddie Hart Pomerantz, who has been the hottest keeper in the conference the second half of the season, made five saves to post her sixth straight win and fifth straight shutout.
