LAKELAND, Fla.--The Sunshine State Conference women's soccer match between the Florida Southern Moccasins and the Barry Buccaneers scheduled for Oct. 19 has been postponed due to Tropical Storm Nestor.

The system is projected to drop 2-4 inches of rain across the southeast U.S. over the weekend as it moves across Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas with pockets of up to 8 inches, forecasters said. The Central Florida peninsula is expected to be under a tornado watch for much of the day.

The game has been re-scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 26 at 3:00 pm at Barnett Field in Lakeland.

Barry will host the conference leader, Nova Southeastern, on Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 6:00 pm.
