MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The Barry women's basketball team fell 101-72 to the 15th-ranked Florida Southern Moccasins on Cesar Odio Court on Saturday in Sunshine State Conference action.

• 3Q - After holding Mocs' star Camille Giardina to just five points, on 1-for-6 shooting, in the first half, Giardina exploded for 21 points in the third period, hitting 7-of-8 from the field and 5-of-5 from three-point land. NOTEWORTHY:

• Giardina led all scorers with 30 points for the Mocs. Fuchs-Robetin added 18 points and Mckenzie Steele came off the bench with 17 points, hitting 5-for-8 from three-point range.
• Tampa led the Bucs with 22 points. Andersson aded 17 points and nine rebounds and Swindells chipped in 14 points.
• It was the first time Nov. 21, 1997 at Northern Colorado that the Bucs had given up 100+ points and only the 10th time ever. 

ON THE HORIZON:

Barry hosts the Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish, who are winless in the conference, on Wednesday, Jan. 16.
