MIAMI SHORES, Fla.—The Barry men's soccer team faces their third ranked foe in four games on Wednesday, Oct. 3 when they host the 18th-ranked Sharks of Nova Southeastern University at Buccaneer Field.

The Bucs are 6-2-1 on the season, after falling in overtime to #2 Palm Beach Atlantic and drawing 2-2 with Embry-Riddle. Flavio Colasanti connected in both games and now has goals in four straight. The Sharks are as hot as any team in the conference, riding a school-record eight-game winning streak. They took down Florida Tech (1-0) and Rollins (3-1) last week.
Colasanti leads the Buccaneer offense with five goals and 11 points. Ander Urkidi is right behind him with three goals and two assists. Francisco Greco also has three goals. Aday Gonzalez leads the team with three assists. The Bucs, who are fourth in the league with a 0.96 goals against average, are led defensively by seniors Stephen Kosmala and Marco Sordi. Sordi has an 0.96 goals against average, good for fourth in the league. His 79.5 save percentage is second in the league.
Sophomore forward Sebastian Loibl leads a stacked Sharks' offense that ranks third in the conference. He has nine goals and four assists. Freshman Aleks Berg leads the team with seven assists. Tito LeRoux has been the mainstay in goal, with a 0.98 goals against average and 69.2 save percentage.
