Women's Basketball Falls To Eagles

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- The Barry women's basketball team fell 77-51 to the Embry-Riddle Eagles in the ICI Center on Saturday in Sunshine State Conference action.

  • 2Q - The second quarter was more of the same, as the Bucs held the upper hand in shooting, but committed nine more turnover to fall farther behind at the break. | Embery-Riddle 46, Barry 29

NOTEWORTHY:

  • Barry's Ida Andersson had 18 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Bucs. She was the only Buccaneer in double figures.
  • Tara Fields paced the Eagles with 22 points. Nicole Tucker added 14 points and Marisa Koopman had 10.
  • The 51 points are the lowest total for the Bucs since opening day when they were held to 50 by Union.
