DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Barry baseball came back from being down by four runs to beat the Eagles 8-5 in game one of the weekend series.

SUMMARY:
- B4: Zack Howard tripled in the fourth to bring in Luis Olivier, who was the first run of the game to take the 1-0 lead.
- B5: Olivier batted in two more runs in the fifth with a double down the left field line to extend their lead to three.
- T7: Ryan Baldwin flew out in the seventh, allowing Andrew Rapoza to tag up and score from third.
- B8: Embry-Riddle added another two runs in the eighth. Kyle Guttveg and Cody Bogart each had singles to score a RBI each.
- T9: Bucs rally in the ninth and score seven runs to Jonathan Quintana and Claudio Rubiera each had doubles to score two RBI each. Justin Lamazares scored two RBI as well with a single up the middle. Juan Sebastian Dayoub finished finished up the scoring with a sacrifice bunt to bring in Rubiera from third to make it 8-5 Bucs.
NOTEWORTHY:
- Blaine Duncan (2-0) picked up the win for the Bucs, giving up three hits and two runs.
- Luke Helms (0-1) gave up one hit and two runs to take the loss for the Eagles.
- Daniel Broeseker (3) picked up his third save of the season for the Bucs.
