SUMMARY:
Game 1
- T1: Ryan Baldwin singled through the right side to score Julian Abreu from third, putting the Bucs up 1-0.
- T2: The Bucs scored two more in the second to increase their lead to three runs. Claudio Rubiera scored after a throwing error by the defense. Abreu singled through the right side to knock in Andrew Rapoza.
- B6: The Eagles took the lead in the sixth after scoring four straight runs. Three runs were walked in with bases loaded, and one was batted in with a single up the middle by Cody Bogart.
- T8: Barry took back the lead in the eighth, scoring five runs to make it 8-4. Rapoza, Baldwin, and Khalil Denson each has singles to bring in a combined five RBI.
- B8: Embry-Riddle trimmed the Buc's lead to two runs in the eighth. Robbie Hanlon had a triple.
- T9: Abreu increased the lead for the Bucs when he doubled to right field, scoring two RBI.
- B9: Luis Olivier homered to bring the Eagles within two runs of the Bucs, but it wasn't enough as Barry held on to take game one.
Game 2
- B2: Zach Howard got the Eagles to a 1-0 lead in game two as he drove in Justin Franklin with a double to left center.
- T3: Alexis Monge-Rodriguez tied the game up at 1-1 after he batted in Rubiera from third.
- T4: Justin Lamazares singled to right center to score Baldwin, taking the 2-1 lead for the Bucs.
- B4: Jonathan Camp tagged up and scored off of a sacrifice fly from Olivier to even the game at 2-2.
- T6: Baldwin batted in Abreu with a single through the right side of the field to take the 3-2 lead.
- B6: Franklin knocked in Camp in the sixth to tie the game 3-3.
- T7: Barry got the bats rolling in the seventh, scoring 12 runs to dismantle the Eagles. Baldwin and Abreu each had a double and single in the same inning, combining for eight RBI.
- B9: Cole Habig flew out to right field to bring in the last run of the game from third, finishing the game with a final score of 15-4.
NOTEWORTHY:
- Lance Elder (2-1) picked up the win in game one for the Bucs, while Erik Bauer (2-0) took the win in game two.
- Daniel Broeseker (4) grabbed his fourth save of the season in game one of the double-header.
- Austin Lee (2-3) took the loss in game one for the Eagles, and Kenny Burkhead (2-1) was dealt the loss in game two.
