TAMPA -- The Bucs led almost wire to wire to improve to 3-1 in the Sunshine State Conference with a 66-56 victory over the Tampa Spartans on Saturday in the Martinez Center in women's basketball action.

NOTEWORTHY:
- Palmer had her fourth double-double with 23 points and 13 rebounds.
- Andersson had 14 points and hit two crucial three-pointers in the fourth quarter.
- Jeremie led Tampa with 18 points. Rachel Warden added 10 points.
- The win was only the Bucs second in Tampa since 2005.
