MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The Barry University women's basketball team used their long-range marksmanship to knock off previously unbeaten Southwest Baptist 83-76 in the Cesar Odio Thanksgiving Classic in the Health & Sports Center on Friday.
The Bucs hit 10-of-28 from three-point range, while the Bearcats were just 5-of-19.

- 4Q - The lead swung back and fourth in the fourth quarter. The Bearcats recaptured the lead 58-56 on a layup by Megan Rosenbohm with 5:00 to play. Barry led 69-66 with 0:10 seconds left after Barbara Cousiño hit a pair of free throws. NOTEWORTHY:
- Cousiño and Andersson each had double-doubles. Both had 22 points, while Andersson had 14 rebounds and Cousiño added 10. Granada added a career-high 18 and Kiara Palmer had 11 points and nine rebounds.
- The Bucs balance overcame 25 points from Richardson and 23 from Rosenbohm.
- There were seven ties and 10 lead changes.
