WINTER PARK, Fla. -- Barry's volleyball team dropped a wire-to-wire five-set marathon at Rollins Saturday evening, 23-25, 23-25, 25-22, 25-23, 15-13.
The Buccaneers will close the season at home next weekend.

SUMMARY:
- The Buccaneers trailed 20-17 in the first set, but took a 22-21 lead on Jaeda Allen's kill. Kristina Filimonova and Allen had kills in between a Rollins block down the stretch to win the opening set.
- Filimonova had a block to get Barry out to a 14-7 lead in the second set. The Tars cut it to 15-12, but Stassy Samokhvalova and Maegan Cuesta had a block, and Allen put down a ball for an 18-13 lead. Rollins went on a 9-2 tear to take a 22-20 lead before back-to-back kills by Filimonova tied it at 22. Following a pair of sideouts, Barry put the second set away on a block by Johanna Voss and Kishara Gordon and a kill by Allen.
- Rollins got out and controlled the third set to creep back in the match. The Tars hit .290 in the third set, while the Bucs had a .167 attack percentage.Â
- The Tars kept the momentum on their side in the fourth set, which featured 11 ties and two lead changes -- the most in the match. Barry nine kills and eight attack errors. Rollins had 12 kills and 12 errors, but overcame a 22-20 deficit to win five of the last six points.
- In the final set, the two teams battled to seven ties and one lead change -- a Rollins ace that broke an 8-8 tie. Filimonova tied it at 13-13Â with a kill, but the Tars closed it out with the final two points.
NOTEWORTHY:.
- It was the second five-set match between the two teams this season.
- Filimonova had 16 kills, six blocks and an ace.
- Allen had 15 kills and eight digs.
- Gordon had 13 kills and six blocks.
- Madison Yarborough had a career-high 23 digs -- the second time she's had 20 or more.
- Rollins had nine aces, and Barry two.
- Barry had 13 blocks, and Rollins 11.Â

Barry will host Tampa 7 p.m. Friday in the final weekend of the season.
